City Walk comprises of living, shopping, entertainment & hospitality and wellness options in one integrated space which was conceptualized to evolve into a city within the city. The City Walk Residences is divided into two phases with each phase comprising of a number of distinct plots. Phase 1 consists of 20 buildings which are  five and six-story low-rise pavilion-style buildings.
